DMCA Policy
"How To Stop Snoring" ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to respecting the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we have adopted a policy of responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement that are submitted in compliance with the DMCA and other applicable laws. This policy applies to copyright infringement committed using the "How To Stop Snoring" website (the "Site").
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that any content hosted on the Site infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our Designated Copyright Agent as described below. Upon receipt of a valid Notice, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Site.
Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement
If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with all of the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) for further detail):
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled and information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL(s) of the content on "How To Stop Snoring").
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit the service provider to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) for further detail):

- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location (specific URL(s)) at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
